PRODUCT CARE

All of our meats are fully cooked and ready to serve. For your safety, our meats and side dishes have been frozen for shipping. Some thawing will occur during the shipping process. Upon arrival, refrigerate immediately or refreeze to enjoy at a later time.

GLAZED HONEY HAMS
Allow 24 hours in your refrigerator for your ham to thaw. It will be delicious served cold, at room temperature or warmed for 45 to 60 minutes at 250° F. For best flavor, do not overheat. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 6 to 7 days.

BONELESS TURKEY BREASTS
Allow 24 hours in your refrigerator for your turkey breast to thaw. Warm wrapped or covered with foil for 30 minutes at 250°F or until meat reaches 160°F. Store leftover turkey breast in the refrigerator and eat within 2 to 3 days.

WHOLE TURKEYS
Allow 2 to 3 days in your refrigerator for your turkey to thaw. Cover with foil and warm at 250°F to 300°F for 90 to 120 minutes or until meat reaches 160°F. For best flavor, do not overheat. Refrigerate leftovers within two hours of warming. Use leftover turkey within 2 to 3 days. Reheat thoroughly to a temperature of 165°F or until hot and steaming.

SMOKED BRISKETS
Allow 24 hours in your refrigerator for your brisket to thaw. You can slice or baste your brisket with your favorite BBQ sauce before or after warming. Warm wrapped in foil at 300°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overheat. Store leftover brisket in the refrigerator and use with 3 to 4 days.

PRATERS SIDE DISHES require warming for 1-2 hours. Please follow individual package instructions for warming.
