SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will we ship your order?  


If you place your order Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday . . .
All orders received by noon Monday through Wednesday will be shipped on the same day unless a preferred delivery date has been selected to indicate otherwise.
If you place your order Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday . . .
Your order will ship the following Monday unless a preferred delivery date has been selected to indicate otherwise.
If it's Thursday or Friday and you need overnight delivery . . .
Please call us at 1-800-749-4267 so that your order can be processed for overnight delivery.  We do not guarantee timely delivery of overnight requests.  We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time.
 

How will we ship your order?

 

Unless you select an upgraded shipping method, your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx services so that it will arrive within 2 days. If we deem it necessary, we reserve the right without notification to change your requested method of shipping and add any additional shipping charges to your bill.
 

How will my order be packaged?  


Our smoked meats have been wrapped in heavy foil and/or sealed in an airtight bag.  They are quick-frozen and placed in our gift box with insulating packing material.  Instructions for care of the product will be enclosed.  Your gift message will be printed on the shipping label.
 

How can I track my shipment?

 


When your order is shipped, the carrier will email your tracking number to you.  You can log onto their websites at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to track your order.  It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available at the carriers' websites.
 

What is the best address for me to send my order to?

 


To avoid delivery delays, we do not require a signature upon delivery.  It is always best to select an address where you think someone will be available to receive the package and refrigerate it upon arrival.  If no one is available to receive the package, it is the discretion of the carrier to leave the package at the door.  Be sure to provide the most complete address possible, including apartment or suite numbers.  
 

What if delivery of my order is delayed?

 


Every effort is made to ship your order so that it will arrive by your preferred delivery date. We will issue online credit for an order that does not arrive timely due to an error on our part. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if no one is available to receive the package.
